I’ve lost track of how many classes, videos, podcasts, books, etc I’ve studied trying to learn how to use social media to make an impact in my business and life…and most of it was marginally helpful. NOTHING has been so holistically helpful and life changing like Kyle’s approach and coaching. And this book is that blueprint. It will not only transform your approach to social media in what I believe to be the most effective way to positively impact the world through your life pursuits…but it also makes you a better, more confident, more caring person. You NEED this book…the world NEEDS you to have this book. Get it!

Rethink Everything - Greetings friends and colleagues. I wanted to take a few minutes to pen some thoughts about this exceptional book put together by Brian Vieaux, CMB and Kyle Draper. In my view, this is a very thoughtful and easy to follow collection of ideas and strategies that could help all professionals be a better version of themselves. Being a writer myself, I love the structure of individual collaborations, all tied together by one simple meaning; to help others achieve their best. Brian mentioned something that caught my eye in the beginning of the book, stating that this content will be helpful to you whether you are 25 or 65, seems that I reside closer to the latter number. 😊 However, I found the social media, personal branding, technological and marketing content to be extremely relevant, even for this well-seasoned reader. If we are not constantly retooling and elevating our skill set, how can we effectively stay relevant, add value and compete in an ever-changing marketplace. It occurred to me while reading through the pages of Rethink Everything, that the antidotes outlined are somewhat universal, and much of the content could be helpful for all professionals, even outside the mortgage industry. I am a somewhat of a serial entrepreneur, and I learned a tremendous amount of useful information that I can immediately apply, not only in my executive recruiting business, but all my business. All of the individual writers made a significant contribution, and I can tell why they were each chosen. I took notes on each chapter and plan on applying much of that into my business strategies; so, thank you all. Many of you contributors I do know, some well, and as far as the others, I would love to connect with you each here on LinkedIn. Kyle and Brian sum it up perfectly on the last page; “May the knowledge you gain here not only enrich your professional journey but also inspire you to continuously seek growth, innovation, and excellence in all that you do.” Mission accomplished guys!!!!
